GOVERNMENT OF INDIA IS PLANNING TO START A YOJANA FROM AUG 2011 OF 2 LAKH CASH COMPENSATION TO EACH RAPE FEMALE VICTIM. ********************************* Govt. of India yojana to provide RS 2 LAKH to rape victim is like fee as charged by whore or call girl, the difference is that- (1) The government has fixed the price to avoid bargaining. (2) The doer (sex) don't need to pay any thing as the Govt. of India will pay on his behalf. THIS COMPENSATION POLICY IS A MOCKERY AND RAPE OF JUSTICE.

A rape victim needs quick justice but our Judiciary whose hymen is so sensitive that it gets teared even with true facts and results in 'contempt of court'. The court everyday commits 'CONTEMPT OF JUSTICE' by way of providing 'DATES', and hence criminals have a very easy escape but the govt. don't want to tame judiciary.

This yojana will satisfy how many victims is a question mark, but this Yojana is very good to earn & counter opponents and rivals.

The Times Of India being the national news paper must raise the issue of lawlessness in Judiciary, the issue of unnecessary dates, the issue of growing crime. The real question is- Mayawati has created jungle law or the judiciary, where criminals are awarded bail to do heinous crimes. News paper fears contempt of court, but they don't feel contempt of justice.

On the issue of corruption there should be zero tolerence. Many of our Prime ministers were corrupt and they escaped punishment. There is a need of law, which has the power to penalise any body commiting corruption at any level.
Any body who is corrupt cannot be given any political or legal patronage in India. CORRUPTION PROTECTS CRIMINALS AND CULTIVATES CRIMINALS.

Congress is commited to bring LOKPAL which will allow the loot. Mr. Kapil Sibbal is a lawyer and the Congress stand that they will discuss LOKPAL with all political parties and the chief ministers will definitely serve the Congress corrupt view. The way CONGRESS is acting is like this- The law is going to make against the corruption but if the law will be amended with the consent of perpetrators and then implemented, just imagine, is it possible to stop corruption? NO, NEVER!

THE CONGRESS WANTS TO BRING SUCH LOKPAL. Now the situation is not of fasting, it's time for agitation so that corrupt leaders and parties must be revealed in public.

Markandey Katju, Justice, Supreme Court put forward an appeal to Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister to free Dr Khaleel Chishti, a Pakistani prisoner who has been in imprisoned in India for about 18 years. The question is why Supreme Court of India wants to free a prisoner who had been awarded life time after 18years of trial by a court of Rajasthan ? If the heart of Supreme Court of India is so tender towards 'criminal's punishment' how they will deliver Justice ?

Rajasthan court took 18yrs of time to decide & award 'life time' to Dr khaleel in a murder case. Now Dr is 80Yrs old. Following are the conclusion why SUPREME COURT WANTS TO FREE Dr. Khaleel-
1.If Dr khaleel will die in India entire world will know that Indian Judiciary takes too much time to decide a case.

2. The delay in justice is a serious matter but Supreme Court of India always remains silent, why?

3. About 35 million cases are pending in Indian court and will take 500 yrs to decide.

CONGRESS LEADERS DO NOT WANT LOKPAL TO BE A 'CORRUPTION KILLER'.

Congress has ruled the country for more than 50 yrs in the 63 yrs of freedom, hence for hatching corruption Congress is 99% responsible. On the issue of Lokpal the Congress stand that they want to make a strong Lokpal to fight corruptipon clearly shows their bad intension, if their intension were good then they would have stated that they want to make strong Lokpal to abolish corruption, but the truth is fish can't survive without water and congress politics will also became breathless in strong LOKPAL.
