SUPREME COURT OF INDIA REFUSED TO PASS ANY ORDER AGAINST MR. KAPIL SIBAL IS A MATTER OF FAVOUR. ************************************* Supreme court refused to pass any order against telecom minister Mr kapil Sibal for allegedly lowering penalty from 650 crore to 5 crore.
