IS IT RIGHT TO COMPENSATE A VICTIM BEFORE THE VERDICT OF COURT? ********************************* The govt is going to compensate rape victims before the final verdict, such compensation is already in working for sc/st victims. Genuine cases under sc/st atrocities act are few but the misuse is on peak because govt. has arranged financial aid to sc/st victims before the verdict, This means if a member of sc/st files a false case without the final verdict he becomes entitled to get the compensation.

In India no common man has access to justice. The humiliation and damage done by criminals to the common people is far less than by judiciary. The hatchery of crime & corruption is our judiciary, their only motto is to delay the case to provide freedom to criminals. In India crime is growing with high pace but the justice delivery system celebrates 50 days summer vacatoin every year.
IT'S A BASIC PRINCIPLE, IF THE RATE OF PUNISHMENT IS LOW THE LEVEL OF CRIME WILL GROW.
WE NEED A HONEST JUDICIARY.
