ANIMAL WELFARE BILL 2011.- IT'S BETTER TO BE A DOG IN INDIA THAN A HUMAN. ********* The environment and forest ministry of India has proposed 'Animal welfare bill 2011'. As per the bill cruelty to animals may invite Rs 10million fine or imprisonment up to 5years and for institutions or companies the penalty would be 25 million. CONDITIONS OF GUILTY- 1. Animals Chained for unreasonable time or abandoning a pet. 2. Keeping it in a small cage. 3. Not providing suitable diet, environment & medical aid.

If the dog were allowed to draft the bill in their own favour, the draft would not be so favourable as it is. Our Indian needs such bill to protect their human rights.
CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING-
1. Is it possible that People will be bared from eating meat which is a result of animal cruelty?
2. The proposed fine can be paid only by the black money holders because India PCI is Rs 36000/- approx a year.
3. Maximum pet's life is less as compared to the time taken by the judiciary to decide a case.
