The most important outcome of the survey is regarding judiciary. The survey question was "should judiciary be covered under Lokpal?" - 86% voted in favour of yes. It's clear indication that the judiciary is corrupt and common man wants to punish corrupt judges. The survey was conducted in the capital of India, one can easily imagine the corruption level of judiciary in other part of the country where people are less educated.
